A 50% deposit is to be made via EFT to confirm a booking, and the full amount is to be paid prior to arrival via EFT.

The deposit is only refundable if more than 21 days notice is given for a cancellation.

Only 50% of the total amount is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 10 days in advance of period of booking.

There is no refund after that period.
